Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at StepStone Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of quality guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses, and maximize profitability related to the guest services department.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest services department, aligning with the overall objectives of the hotel.
  • Supervise all aspects of operations, including Engineering and Housekeeping, and oversee problem resolution matters in the absence of the GM and AGM.
  • Increase guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional product through employee development and suggestive selling.
  • Manage the reservation function to maintain high room occupancy and average daily rate.
  • Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and guest security.
  • Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
