Land Surveying Project Manager

We are currently in search of a Land Surveying Project Manager who is enthusiastic about engaging in a diverse array of projects within our Tri-Cities office.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Conduct research on various projects, prepare proposals, and oversee workflow coordination.
- Lead project initiatives, managing survey teams and technicians.
- Prepare construction staking calculations and facilitate project communications both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships while gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of projects.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in surveying; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, though an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Possession of a Washington State PLS license.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices, along with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D within a surveying context.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
- Knowledge of boundary determination and legal description preparation, as well as construction staking and calculations.
- A valid Washington State Driver's license and the capability to obtain security clearance for work at military installations.
- Field experience with the willingness to work in the field as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and other job-related factors in accordance with legal guidelines. Salary ranges are based on a standard 40-hour work week:
- $86,132 - $109,388
- Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
