Project Surveyor

AHBL, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Surveyor to join our team in the Tri-Cities office. As a Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for researching projects, preparing proposals, and coordinating workflow. You will also direct project efforts, prepare construction staking calculations, and maintain client relationships.

• Research and prepare proposals for projects
• Coordinate workflow and direct project efforts
• Prepare construction staking calculations
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision

• 6+ years of surveying experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Washington State PLS license
• Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D in a land survey environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
