We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at AFG Group, Inc. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial construction projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
* Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or construction management
* Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial construction project management
* Proven track record of managing complex projects, including new construction and renovation
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera
