LPN - Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cedar Hills Hospital, a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and Outpatient Services program in Portland, Oregon. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective nursing care to our patients, utilizing your knowledge of psychiatric and personality disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to assigned patients, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Assess patients, plan for their care, and provide physical and psychological treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote and restore patients' health.

Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.
- Minimum one year of experience as a LPN in psychiatric nursing, preferred.
