Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops operational workflows and staffing strategies to guarantee superior service delivery, optimal labor efficiency, and balanced staffing levels. Collaborates with department managers to address operational challenges and ensure prompt service.
  • Oversees a team responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of daily operations and procedures, including tracking attendance, staff scheduling, quality assessments, and administrative functions.
  • Identifies and resolves operational and staffing challenges by adhering to established policies and procedures, including conflict resolution and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Assesses service quality and recommends necessary operational or organizational modifications.
  • Organizes work schedules, hours, and job responsibilities to ensure comprehensive housekeeping services across all areas.
  • Conducts regular inspections of facility conditions and recommends necessary maintenance, repairs, and furnishings.
  • Coordinates major project work, ensuring adequate staffing and resources are available. Manages external service providers related to housekeeping functions.
  • Supervises the relocation and storage of furnishings and equipment to enhance facility sanitation and aesthetics. Maintains an inventory of housekeeping supplies and manages procurement within budgetary constraints.
  • Manages daily attendance records, payroll processing, and related administrative tasks.
  • Facilitates training, evaluation, and professional development for frontline staff.
  • Ensures departmental operations comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned that align with the role and departmental needs.
  • Promotes adherence to compliance programs and ethical standards.
  • Participates in mandatory training sessions related to compliance and privacy regulations.
  • Engages in activities that support compliance with federal healthcare program requirements.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding patients, families, and staff.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Exhibits the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications:
