Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Frontier Environmental Services. As a key member of our infrastructure construction and site reclamation team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maneuver heavy equipment to perform tasks such as ditching, excavating, and backfilling with minimal disruption to surrounding improvements and infrastructure.
  • Inspect and maintain heavy equipment to ensure optimal operation and identify any problems or defects.
  • Work with laborers to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
  • Secure work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift to ensure public safety and safety of equipment and materials.
  • Follow all policies and procedures with strict attention to company and client standards.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a construction equipment operator, with experience in steep slope construction a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; demonstrated related experience may be substituted for required education.
  • Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
