Job Summary: Barnes & Thornburg's Legal Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Operations Manager to partner with firm leadership, attorneys, and other personnel to develop creative pricing solutions, foster innovation, and implement project management techniques. The ideal candidate will provide project management support, skills, and deliverables for the Leadership team and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all substantive team-wide projects and initiatives at the direction of the Leadership team.
* Serve as a resource to team members, providing logistical and operational knowledge.
* Maintain and execute policy and procedure changes, including documentation creation and communication.
* Gain a working knowledge of the firm's financial systems and data to assist the Leadership team with monitoring and reporting.
* Identify issues or opportunities and proactively raise them with the appropriate team member.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred, with a focus on project management.
* Significant contact with partners at the firm, requiring solid interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
* Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to have and give opinions, even if not accepted.
* Some domestic travel required.

Working Conditions:

* Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and other environmental hazards.
