As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring adherence to all guest service standards and departmental policies
- Overseeing Front Desk operations and guiding team members in their roles
- Providing training and support to team members to meet departmental objectives
- Managing customer check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handling cash transactions in compliance with established policies
- Monitoring communication systems to ensure quality service
- Coordinating VIP arrivals and confirming arrangements
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel and community events to assist guests
- Performing night audits and related financial tasks
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of the casino and hotel industry is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
