As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to all guest service standards and departmental policies
  • Overseeing Front Desk operations and guiding team members in their roles
  • Providing training and support to team members to meet departmental objectives
  • Managing customer check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handling cash transactions in compliance with established policies
  • Monitoring communication systems to ensure quality service

  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of the casino and hotel industry is advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
