About the Role

The Concierge is a key member of our Front Office Team, responsible for ensuring our VIP guests have a seamless and engaging experience. This role involves reviewing arrivals, connecting with VIP guests, and providing personalized service to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing arrivals to ensure high-paying guests are coded as VIPs
  • Connecting with VIP guests to review reservation details and preferences
