About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Sensient Technologies. As a key member of our Colors Group business, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service general mailboxes, distribute purchase orders, and forward document requests as needed.
  • Process customer Product Notification Letters and enter customer complaints into our CRM database.
  • Provide On Time Delivery reports for customers upon request.
  • Assist with special projects, including creating presentations, scanning documents, and compiling data.
  • Maintain a Visitors' Log, arrange cab service for guests, and greet all visitors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in office, customer service, or a related field required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle pressure and multitasking.
