Position Overview:

The Senior Account Executive/Client Partner will be responsible for overseeing and expanding a critical account. This role involves steering the organic growth strategy across a portfolio of strategic accounts, which includes setting a clear vision, conducting annual account planning, identifying key growth opportunities, and proactively creating value for clients while ensuring the overall financial health of the accounts in your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in selling IT Services and engineering solutions within Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive firms.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies, with familiarity in cross-selling various service lines to clients.
  • Exhibit the ability to present and engage with stakeholders at all levels, showcasing consultative sales skills.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams in various service lines to create a cohesive approach for account management.
  • Have prior exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles.
  • Experience managing multi-million USD accounts across diverse geographical regions is essential.
  • Strong account management skills, focusing on building and nurturing client relationships at all levels.
  • Accountable for achieving targets related to revenue, bookings, and operational metrics.
  • Involve in resolving any personnel management issues within the Wipro teams.
  • Generate leads by engaging with customers across various business lines to broaden our market presence.
  • Prepare and present proposals, including proactive submissions and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Engage with the Procurement and Supplier Relationship teams from the client organization to ensure smooth contract, invoice, and payment processes.
  • Work closely with senior client personnel (CIOs, VPs, and Directors) to provide insights, advice, and evaluate opportunities for business growth.
