Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school district for the upcoming school year. This onsite position involves working with a caseload of students across several schools within a cluster, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of student assessments, progress, and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input regarding student goals and progress.
  • Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
  • Travel between assigned schools within the designated cluster to provide services.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or in process of obtaining CCC.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to supervise SLPAs.
