Our client, a prominent non-profit organization, is in search of a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee calendar management, travel coordination, and logistical arrangements.
* Handle expense reimbursements, invoice processing, and credit card report management.
* Draft, edit, and proofread various documents and correspondence; maintain organized filing systems.
* Undertake additional tasks and special projects as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
* A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Concur or PeopleSoft is essential.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality assurance.
Position Information:
* Compensation ranges from $30/hr to $32/hr during the temporary period.
