Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Coordinator to join our team at USA for UNHCR. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our mission.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Vice President, Strategy & Impact, and will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, projects, and events. This includes managing calendars, preparing presentations, coordinating travel, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Vice President, Strategy & Impact
  • Coordinate various tasks, projects, and events
  • Manage calendars and prepare presentations
  • Coordinate travel and ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
