ESR Healthcare is seeking a Reliability Programs Engineer to enhance our operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the formulation of our facility's maintenance strategy, addressing reliability and availability challenges through advanced reliability technologies and methodologies to align with our organizational objectives and client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the transition of inspection data into the APM GE system.
2. Manage the application of APM and support teams in its utilization.
3. Develop time-based preventive maintenance schedules in SAP.
4. Assess current inspection workloads and optimize for better efficiency.
5. Evaluate existing inspection plans and adjust timelines as necessary.
6. Analyze inspection reports and refine plans based on insights.
7. Review non-conformance recommendations and newly registered equipment.
8. Lead optimization efforts for preventive maintenance based on asset criticality.
9. Establish effective management of lubrication and vibration data.
10. Engage in MIQA networks and PSM activities to share insights and best practices.


Familiarity with the relevant standards is essential to ensure compliance with PSM requirements for critical equipment.


Review and enhance maintenance documentation, procedures, and schematics, ensuring they are aligned with operational needs.

Required Capabilities:
1. Proficient in navigating and extracting data from SAP-PM or similar CMMS.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


Basic understanding of Predictive Preventative Maintenance principles and maintenance work management processes is essential.


Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, process safety management, and various predictive techniques for equipment analysis is highly valued.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
2. 3-8 years of experience in maintenance and reliability roles.
3. Experience in Process Safety Management within high hazard environments is preferred.
