Your role will involve developing and leading a comprehensive program aimed at identifying and managing reliability risks associated with fixed equipment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive measurable enhancements in unit performance that align with our financial goals.
  • Offer technical expertise and support concerning fixed equipment and assets.
  • Design and execute reliability programs that aim to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment functionality.
  • Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement in reliability and productivity.

Key Duties:

  • Establish and uphold reliability engineering principles and industry best practices.
  • Refine preventative maintenance tasks and activities for optimal performance.
  • Create a strategic multi-year plan for reliability enhancement.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and perform root cause failure analysis.
  • Assist in significant repairs of critical fixed equipment across various production units.
  • Provide technical guidance for engineering projects and mechanical repair efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the reliability sector, particularly within the chemicals, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of fixed equipment design, application, and repair methodologies.
  • Capability to conduct thorough shop inspections and provide technical guidance.
  • Familiarity with predictive technologies and the economic justification of solutions.
  • Experience utilizing SAP software for maintenance management.
