Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct unbiased, evidence-based pre-employment investigations.
  • Examine municipal government agency applications to extract critical information.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies to formulate strategies for acquiring clear and precise data.
  • Perform criminal and civil lawsuit checks utilizing public records.
  • Organize background check processes through systematic list preparation.
  • Review reports for grammatical accuracy and content quality to ensure excellence in deliverables.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all team members.
  • Engage in extensive investigative research via internet and telephone inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal Studies, Journalism, or Political Science.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an office setting.
  • Willingness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated aptitude for new technologies.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain or currently possess a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
  • Drug Testing: Must consent to a drug test.
