Position Overview:

Ariens Company is actively seeking a motivated District Manager to lead operations in the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle region. In this role, you will collaborate with Ariens Company dealer partners, acting as a trusted business consultant to enhance sales and promote the growth of Ariens and Gravely brands of outdoor power equipment. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in broadening our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a reliable advisor to dealer partners to stimulate sales and expansion
  • Organize initiatives to achieve sales objectives
  • Utilize resources effectively to enhance market share
  • Formulate strategies to safeguard and grow business with dealer partners
  • Discover new business prospects and sustain a robust sales pipeline
  • Offer insights on territory performance and market dynamics
  • Execute strategies for organic growth and increased sales
  • Assist dealers throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience with dealers is advantageous
  • Familiarity with power equipment is beneficial
  • Capability to work remotely
