Job Title: Senior Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure systems and processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our systems and data remain secure.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations, including OCC, FDIC, Fed Reserve, CFPB, FFIEC, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with risk management processes and ability to identify mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
