Job Title: Resident Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team at GlenOaks Senior Living Campus. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinent care, as well as meal service and light housekeeping.
  • Implement plans of care developed by licensed nurses, ensuring residents receive personalized attention and support.
  • Document results of resident care within established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field; certification in a related field (e.g., CNA, CPR) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
