Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Recovery Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global. As a Cyber Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers to help them achieve their business objectives and fulfill outcomes.

As a member of our team, you will act as an extension of our customers' IT staff, enhancing their internal capabilities and resources. You will help them adopt new technology quickly and maximize their return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledge transfer to customer teams
  • Investigate and report CyberSense alerts, Cyber Recovery & CyberSense software operations and health, and monitor CR vault
  • Maintain recovery runbook documentation

  • Cyber Recovery experience
  • Data Domain knowledge
