Client Service Associate, Bilingual Japanese and English

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint's success, responsible for delivering services to clients worldwide. As an Associate, you will focus on making connections between clients and Advisors across various industries. Your role will involve researching industries relevant to client project requests and recruiting elite subject matter experts into our network.
Key Responsibilities- Client Research and Analysis: Review and analyze client research requests to identify relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics.
- Advisor Recruitment: Utilize various resources to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating their expertise's relevance to specific projects.
- Expert Screening and Profiling: Screen experts for suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration.
- Teamwork and Relationship Building: Operate with a teamwork mentality to build and maintain strong relationships with Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors.
- Language Proficiency: High level of fluency in Japanese and English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- Personality and Skills: Outgoing personality, ability to speak with people at all professional levels, intellectual curiosity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective time management and organizational skills, and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Annual Base Salary: $70,000.
- Yearly Bonus: Up to $4,000 based on performance.
