Position Overview

As an IT Engineer with a focus on Japanese bilingual capabilities, you will play a crucial role in our Professional Services team at A-STAFFING, INC. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing client needs and adapting to market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and industry demands.
  • Design and implement tailored services and products leveraging Internet-related technologies.
  • Enhance and maintain existing services and solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Manage technical projects throughout pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Oversee project timelines, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Deliver on-site installation, analysis, and field services.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various Network/Server/IT systems.
  • Offer high-level customer support for complex technical issues.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call troubleshooting support for critical technical challenges.
  • Manage ongoing accounts, addressing all technical inquiries.

Technical Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should be adaptable to the latest technological standards, providing effective IT solutions that align with customer requirements. Your technical expertise should include:
  • Proficiency in products from major software vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, and Symantec.
  • Experience with network devices and services from leading vendors like Cisco and Palo Alto.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows server operations and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with security software and solutions for servers and PCs.
  • Understanding of Local and Wide Area Network technologies.
  • Experience with virtualization and storage technologies.

Language Requirement
Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position.

Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Manager or General Manager of the Professional Services department, with additional oversight from the President & CEO as necessary.
