As an Associate within the Client Services team, your primary focus will be on establishing the right connections between our clients and Advisors across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include researching industries pertinent to client project requests and enlisting top-tier subject matter experts into our network to ensure optimal connections are established. Once you have mastered these fundamental skills of recruiting and linking Advisors with clients, you will have the opportunity to engage in more intricate project and client relationship management as you advance your career here, potentially transitioning into Research Manager and Project Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and interpret client research requests, utilizing a variety of resources to pinpoint the most relevant subject matter experts across different regions, industries, and topics for each project.
- Leverage phone communication, LinkedIn, and outreach strategies to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively articulating why their expertise aligns with the specific project at hand.
- Assess experts for their appropriateness for particular client projects and develop professional profiles for client review.
- Foster a collaborative mindset that promotes the development and maintenance of strong relationships with fellow Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors.
- Proficient fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Bachelor's degree with a commendable academic record.
- Outgoing demeanor with the capability to engage with individuals at all professional levels.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire for learning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
The annual base salary for this role is $70,000, with eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus of up to $4,000.
