Bilingual Japanese Administrative Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Manhattan

In the capacity of an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential administrative, clerical, and technical assistance to the department. Your responsibilities will include disseminating information, performing data entry, and managing transaction processes. The emphasis will be on achieving daily objectives and specified outputs, all under direct oversight.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support various Accounts Payable functions, including daily reconciliation of bank accounts and transferring data from Concur to QuickBooks.
  • Generate and oversee Accounts Payable reports for the Head Office.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, particularly in data entry.
  • Handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, such as preparing internal reports and applications.
  • Manage document storage, including the annual review and destruction process across departments.
  • Provide administrative assistance for transactions and special initiatives.
  • Translate documents and announcements from English to Japanese.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, along with other Office applications.
  • A solid understanding of information security, strong mathematical skills, and computer proficiency.
