Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Provide timely and effective support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and HR systems.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless information exchange.
  • HR Systems: Manage and maintain HR systems, including Workday and ServiceNow, to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Consultation: Provide expert consultation to employees and management on HR-related matters, including employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee support and HR-related roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR systems, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in French or Portuguese a plus.
