What We Are Seeking:

We are in search of a strategic leader who excels in collaboration and is adept at fostering consensus and commitment towards common goals. The HR Information Systems Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Oracle HCM system is user-friendly and serves as a comprehensive resource for employees and managers. This role involves continuous upgrades and optimizations without disrupting workflows, maximizing the system's capabilities. Key responsibilities include overseeing the core functionalities of the Oracle HCM system, which encompasses system administration, maintenance, security, reporting, data analytics, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

This pivotal role will guide the HRIS team in the comprehensive maintenance and administration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. Responsibilities include coordinating system patch upgrades, enhancing processes, and streamlining operations to achieve favorable business outcomes. The HR Information Systems Lead will ensure adherence to governance protocols for HR and Talent teams during quarterly patch upgrades, maintain accurate security permissions, manage profiles, and provide support and training for end-users and administrators.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

· A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

· Over 3 years of experience as an HRIS Manager with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, directly managing a small team and senior-level consultants.

· More than 7 years of experience as an HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies. Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience in the construction industry and/or working with a bilingual workforce is advantageous.

· Willingness to work remotely, engage in virtual meetings, and travel for team events as necessary.

· Flexibility to work varied hours to complete projects and meet deadlines in response to changing demands.

· Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to fulfill project requirements and address urgent issues.

· A desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high daily pressures to meet deadlines.

· Preferred experience in project management.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, exempt position offering a competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience. The total compensation includes a base salary with potential for annual bonuses. Benefits encompass group medical insurance, vacation and holiday pay, family medical leave, a 401(k) plan, vehicle allowance, fuel reimbursement, and more.
