About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at ABC Home and Commercial Services. As a key member of our HR Division, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including scheduling interviews and coordinating paperwork.
  • Manage background checks and drug screenings for new hires.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files and records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and annual wellness clinics.
  • Reconcile HR invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), electronic filing, and essential office equipment.
