Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blended Enhanced Targeted Case Management Supervisor to join our team at WES Health System. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of case management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to program staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain productivity requirements for the unit, tracking and monitoring staff performance to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements and WES policies and procedures.
  • Oversee clinical documentation of the program, ensuring accurate and complete records are maintained.
  • Assist the Director in managing the annual budget allocation, ensuring expenditures are kept within allocated projections.
  • Assume responsibility for the security, maintenance, and safety of assigned program areas and equipment.
  • Maintain the flow of complete and accurate information to MIS, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Maintain and establish linkages with other service units within the agency, as well as with outside service providers.
  • Conduct or arrange for in-service training and staff development, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

  1. Masters Degree in Human Services, Social Science, Administration, or a related field.
  2. Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  3. Three (3) years of mental health experience.
  4. Valid FBI clearance, criminal history check, and child abuse history clearance.
  5. Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.
