Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary care to a diverse panel of patients.
  • Perform thorough assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interventions within a Primary Care team framework.
  • Collaborate effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary Primary Care team.
  • Diagnose and address urgent health concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate appropriate referrals to specialized medical services.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, recommend treatment plans, and modify medication prescriptions as necessary.
  • Engage patients and their families in the care planning process and set health improvement goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of health evaluations, treatment decisions, and therapeutic outcomes for each patient encounter.
  • Adhere to performance metrics and fulfill clinical requirements with diligence.

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
  • Ability to complete a probationary period.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination.
  • Mandatory participation in vaccination programs for influenza and COVID-19.

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the fundamental job requirements along with any additional criteria specified in the job listing. Physicians currently employed who met the initial hiring criteria are considered to have satisfied the basic job prerequisites.

Basic Requirements:

  • United States Citizenship.
  • Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in a U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth.
  • Completion of residency training in an accredited program.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
