Our hotel features 193 elegantly designed guest accommodations that cater to leisure visitors, while our expansive 45,000 square feet of versatile meeting spaces combine sophistication with comfort, equipped with cutting-edge technology to facilitate dynamic gatherings and special occasions.

Our competitive compensation package includes an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $19, with full-time employees enjoying benefits such as medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, a 401k plan with matching contributions, short-term and long-term disability coverage, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Executive Sous Chef and Banquet Chef with preparation for events and gatherings as required.
  • Prepare meats and seafood for service and special events.
  • Craft all sauces, stocks, chili, and soups.
  • Manage the Daily Luncheon Buffet, Daily Sandwich preparation, and maintain Banquet Records.
  • Prepare food in accordance with the established recipes of NHCC.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the sous chefs.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-end banquet kitchen is preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
