Regional Marketing Director for France and Benelux

Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager for France and Benelux
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Regional Marketing Organization and implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region/countries.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Management Team and the Regional sales organization to ensure effective implementation of tactical marketing programs.
- Develop and execute commercial marketing activities, including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational needs, and partnering activities.
- Provide strategic market direction and work closely with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and with the Headquarter.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction, product positioning, and country/RSM/Rep performances.
Requirements:
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Academic degree in Marketing and Communication, preferably a Master's degree.
- Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written).
- Excellent product and marketing knowledge.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
Critical Skills/Technical Know-how:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently, while aligning with the Global Marketing organization, CEU marketing organization, Regional sales organization, and CEU T&E organization.
- Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities.
Critical Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization.
- Comprehensive practical experience in working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
