Job Overview

The position is accountable for overseeing the complete Order To Cash cycle to guarantee timely order fulfillment in Business-to-Business support at a national or regional level. This includes managing sales orders for both domestic and international clients, coordinating customer complaints, resolving operational issues, and ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer customer orders, including both domestic and international transactions, in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance policies. This encompasses order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and follow-up until successful delivery, along with necessary documentation and issue resolution.
  • Process credit and debit notes associated with sales orders or customer inquiries.
  • Manage and coordinate customer complaints and service issues related to sales orders.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Foster strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of domestic and international trade practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Fluent in business English with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Completion of SAP training and Microsoft Office tools training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
