Job Title: VP of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking an experienced and innovative VP of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at Ennismore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our food and beverage operations across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance food and beverage operations across our existing portfolio of hotels and resorts in the Americas region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and opening of new food and beverage operations, including menu development, design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with our development team and in-house F&B studio, Carte Blanched, on new property openings and capital expenditures.
  • Manage regional F&B leadership teams, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, third-party operators, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience as a senior leader in food and beverage operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong track record in multi-property and multi-outlet management and development.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale food and beverage operations.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English.
