Key Responsibilities
  • Perform front desk operations as necessary, including managing reservations and check-ins, coordinating housekeeping, security, and service requests, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any guest issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all hotel guests throughout their stay.
  • Conduct thorough audits of all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy rates, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activities.
  • Assist with additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in computer use is essential; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is advantageous, though not required.
  • This position requires overnight shifts and flexible scheduling.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
