At RPMGlobal, we are committed to delivering exceptional solutions to our esteemed federal clients. We are currently looking for a Financial Systems Analyst / Systems Accountant to join our dynamic team.


The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the objectives of the Financial Management Business Solutions Office (FMZ). This includes the creation, planning, and implementation of enhanced processes for the analysis, collection, organization, storage, management, retrieval, and utilization of financial data across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ) in various financial management operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate program resource allocations effectively.
  • Support government representatives during meetings and discussions.
  • Engage with the Geospatial Intelligence Financials (GEO-F) and Organization Requirements and Budgeting Information Tool (ORBIT) systems, including future enhancements.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Cycle.
  • Develop and validate financial requirements to meet operational needs.

Additional Duties Include:
  • Creating and maintaining program schedules.
  • Formulating business cases for financial system enhancements and proposing viable solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive system documentation and training materials.
  • Establishing methodologies for data migration between systems.
  • Participating in collaborative meetings regarding the operations and maintenance of core financial systems.
  • Implementing IV&V testing processes to ensure the accuracy of financial results prior to system enhancements.
  • Coordinating technical exchange meetings to address architectural, design, and policy issues promptly.
  • Defining and developing technical requirements and specifications for system enhancements.
  • Participating in milestone events, including requirement reviews and program management reviews.
  • Collaborating with security organizations to facilitate security certification and accreditation documentation.
  • Implementing financial systems within the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective.
  • Creating reference architectures, implementation plans, and process flows.
  • Providing detailed comparisons of relevant release notes for system upgrades.
  • Working closely with system owners to ensure all subsystems meet user requirements.


Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance, with a CI polygraph preferred. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, or Economics is required.


Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in evaluating federal financial business processes, developing financial system options, and implementing solutions, including demonstrated experience in federal financial management across programming, planning, budgeting, execution, and accounting.


Additionally, candidates should have specialized experience in the following areas (total of 6 years):

  • 2 years of experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials, involving complex technical parameters and procurement principles.
  • 2 years of experience with Momentum software lifecycle management, including requirements gathering and system testing.
  • 1 year of experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR).
  • 1 year of experience performing SAR reviews on SSAE 18.
