VoIP Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled VoIP Technical Support Representative to join our team at SupportNinja. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support for technical issues and customer service requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' services and products, including features, functionality, and connectivity.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless support.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends through continuous learning and training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in VoIP Technical Support.
- Advanced knowledge of VOIP, networking, routers, and modems.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting VOIP products or systems.
- VOIP Hardware and Software are both hard requirements.
