About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled VoIP Technical Support Representative to join our team at SupportNinja. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support for technical issues and customer service requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' services and products, including features, functionality, and connectivity.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless support.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends through continuous learning and training.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in VoIP Technical Support.
  • Advanced knowledge of VOIP, networking, routers, and modems.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting VOIP products or systems.
  • VOIP Hardware and Software are both hard requirements.
  • Meet minimum BYOD and internet speed specifications.
