Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all inquiries related to events and conference room bookings through various channels including emails, partner platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Maintain and organize the Event Calendar to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct venue tours and follow up with potential clients.
  • Coordinate staffing for events, including liaising with security personnel, bartenders, and catering services as necessary.
  • Monitor ongoing events to ensure they run seamlessly.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, implementing strategies to enhance event sales performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Communicate logistical details to all event staff, including venue setup requirements and attendee numbers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events.
