Planet Interactive is seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing small conferences and events, collaborating with other program managers, and tracking event budgets and submitting invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program manage small conferences and events
  • Collaborate with other program managers on the team and support larger conference deliverables
  • Track event budgets and submit invoices
  • Assist with on-site execution during busy season
  • Handle program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration/invitation copy/promotions, event logistics, and sales communications
  • Measure return on investment for all programs and provide analysis reporting

Requirements:

  • Expert-level Excel experience, with a focus on execution and invoicing
  • Experience with events and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Budgeting, invoicing, and PowerPoint presentation experience
  • Ability to interface and negotiate with internal and external groups at all levels and across multiple functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of event marketing and/or marketing communications experience
  • Nice to have: CVENT and SalesForce experience
