Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to drive our growth and market penetration strategies. This pivotal role will work directly with the co-founders, refining and implementing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy in collaboration with the co-founders.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of military personnel, engaging with recruiters and key contacts to facilitate access to military bases.
  • Spearhead efforts to get VetraFi onto military bases and directly engage with service members.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and stakeholders within the Fintech and military communities.
  • Lead customer acquisition initiatives to drive growth and expand our user base.
  • Provide strategic input on business development and market expansion opportunities.
  • Represent VetraFi at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of the military experience.
  • Extensive experience in business development, preferably within the Fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Strong network within the military community and experience engaging with military personnel and recruiters.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
  • Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000.
  • 1% - 5% of equity in VetraFi.
