In this role, you will collaborate closely with our foot and ankle specialist, assisting in patient preparations for examinations, minor procedures, and various administrative duties.

We are expanding and have several openings available in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming and guiding patients from the waiting area to the treatment room.
  • Assisting the physician in documenting patient histories, including current issues, medical history, and medication details.
  • Recording findings from physical examinations and procedures conducted by the physician.
  • Verifying insurance benefits for in-office procedures and custom orthotics.
  • Preparing laboratory samples for submission.
  • Supporting doctors and team members as required.
  • Handling phone inquiries and following up with patients during non-clinic hours.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Duties May Include:

  • Traveling to other locations as necessary.
  • Fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Strong organizational skills and task-oriented mindset.

  • Genuine care for the quality of work performed.
  • Minimum of one year of full-time experience in a patient-facing role or two years in a high-volume customer service position.
