About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations and Technical Support to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our post-sale support and logistics efforts, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 15 employees, including workshop repair technicians and field service engineers, to provide exceptional customer support and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, improve logistics, and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to ensure technical information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and senior management, to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a national technical team within customer support of the medical industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing operational efficiency, improving logistics, and enhancing service delivery.
  • Hands-on management experience within customer support, with a strong understanding of complex technical information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
