Brightway Operations Support Representative

OneMain Financial is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Operations Support Representative Intermediate role with the Brightway Cards Operations Support team in our Service Center. This position provides administrative support, including account review, handling questions from agents or supervisors, and interaction with internal and external customers. The ability to process a high volume of tasks quickly and accurately is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing physical and electronic mail
  • Process various account status updates requested by front-line operations
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complete ad-hoc reviews as assigned by management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
  • Review and decide accounts adhering to published procedures
  • Communicate with various departments on account-related topics
  • Research account-related issues
  • Work with management on remediation projects

Requirements

  • High School/GED Diploma
  • Operational Support/Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to effectively work within multiple systems simultaneously

  • Financial Services and Lending background
