Business Growth Manager

S LD is a small independently owned media agency seeking a Business Growth Manager to become an integral part of our team. As a key contributor to our revenue development efforts, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Create and manage sales and marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and develop proposal-ready responses
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive sales transactions and ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee contract execution with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media or advertising sales with a track record of success
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Detailed-oriented and deadline-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Familiarity with Google Business Suite, PowerPoint, Slack, Dropbox, and Docusign
