Based out of the PremiStar office, and reporting to the General Manager, the HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC service agreements and projects. Utilizing technical expertise, organizational skills, and customer insights, this role aims to influence clients and assist them in identifying their service needs, ultimately driving revenue growth through the establishment and enhancement of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with both new and existing clients to assess their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability, and terms.
- Draft service agreements for secured orders, provide pricing, credit terms, and other bid specifications using Salesforce, and submit for processing.
- Highlight service features based on thorough analysis of client needs and technical knowledge of service capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of service agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and promote service offerings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to close deals.
- Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning sessions.
- Effectively manage assigned sales budgets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to address and resolve customer issues.
- Foster professional communication with all levels of staff and clients, adhering to established guidelines.
- Work alongside the business development team to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or a High School/Trade School Diploma (or equivalent) combined with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service sales.
