Job Description

Job Summary:

Anti-Pesto Bugkillers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our pest control services to customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate new business and drive sales growth through effective communication and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Inbound Lead Management:
    • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound inquiries, some, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Outbound Residential Cross Selling and Upselling:
    • Conduct detailed consultations with potential customers to understand their pest control needs, assess the extent of infestations, and determine appropriate solutions.
    • Provide information on various pest control services and products, explaining the benefits and addressing any concerns.
  • Scheduling and Processing of Individual Residential Sales:
  • Service Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control services, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of different pest control solutions to potential customers.
  • Quoting and Proposal Development:
    • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes based on the customer's requirements.
  • Sales:
    • Address objections and concerns effectively, providing additional information or alternative solutions when necessary.
  • CRM Management:
    • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Regularly update the CRM system with relevant information.
  • Collaboration with Operations Team:
    • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate customer expectations and service requirements to the operations team.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets:
    • Work towards and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Previous inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of pest control products, services, and treatment methods is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bi-Lingual a plus, but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (No Nights or Weekends).

Compensation:

  • Salary: $ commission and bonuses.
  • Average first year earning potential $42,000-$52,000 (no cap on commission).
