Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Service Manager.

Work Environment: This position is not remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process warranty repair orders efficiently.
  • Submit and track manufacturer warranty claims.
  • Handle service contract claims submission and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate receivables schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
  • Investigate overdue, unresolved, and underpaid claims.
  • Manage warranty databases and records meticulously.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with CDK and in an Automotive Dealership is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience are necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
