Responsibilities

Prioritize Customer Satisfaction

Identify key concerns and assess customer needs through open-ended inquiries

Professionally present the Courtesy Inspection (multi-point inspection) while offering solutions and advantages

Conduct the "Invoicing delivery" upon service completion, reviewing work done, warranty details, and scheduling future appointments

Qualifications

Maintain a positive, energetic demeanor throughout the day

Basic understanding of menu-driven software

Strong organizational capabilities

Demonstrates a desire for personal and professional growth

Two years of experience in an automotive repair environment is advantageous

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings
