Position: Project Manager - Education Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in project and client leadership.
  • Experience in California-specific educational design is essential.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams and surpassing client expectations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Preferred candidates should possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current architectural license in California and NCARB certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with building materials, construction methods, codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative work environment and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent mentoring and leadership capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Empower project teams to creatively address complex project conditions.
  • Manage project teams of various sizes and disciplines effectively.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including financial records and schedules.
  • Enforce company policies and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts with clients and consultants.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members at all levels.
  • Oversee project delivery from programming through to project closeout.
  • Review and manage client/project billing processes.
  • Identify new client leads in alignment with strategic growth objectives.
  • Coordinate with company leadership on project staffing and resource allocation.
  • Support design staff through quality control processes and training initiatives.
  • Implement quality assurance measures for all assigned projects.
